The State Program is being prepared in order to create a business environment in our country.

Following functions are mentioned in this Program:

 – formatting youths’ entrepreneurship skills;

 – developing youths’ entrepreneurship;

 – supporting startup projects;

 – providing practical support in the initial business;

 – giving preferential loans;

 – studying foreign experience;

 – assisting young entrepreneurs in obtaining techniques and technologies;

 – creating new vacancies.
