On May 19, the "DreamJob Conference" Youths’ Conference was held in the building of the Youth Center of Tashkent. The conference was for students and people who were planning to start their careers.

Alpha Education, DaVinci Management Consulting and the Tashkent City Council of the Uzbekistan Youth Union, with the support of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, organized this conference.

At the "DreamJob Conference", lectures and master classes were held on how to make the first step on the way to a successful career. Among the conference participants there were such famous brands as Korzinka.uz, Golden House, OLX, Ucell, Beeline, UZBAT, NESTLE, Lukoil, KPMG, GMPT, Carlsberg and Orient Finance Bank.

Moreover, the conference program presented presentations and master classes of representatives of the above-mentioned companies. For example, Murad Nazarov, the founder of Murad Buildings, presented an inspiring lecture. Discussion on the theme "Uzbekistan's labor market: new opportunities for youth" and the job fair were organized in the conference.

The participants learned the success stories of employees of large Uzbek companies, received unique knowledge from leading experts of Uzbekistan and received valuable advices on the proper planning of their careers.
