4-5 June, 2018 at Tashkent Youth Creativity palace, II Republic scientific-practical conference on the topic “Development in efficiency of working with unorganized youth: Issues and perspectives” under the motto “Youth are the builders of the future” by Uzbekistan youth union and institution of youth issues study and prepare perspective cadres under the academy of State government under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held. At the conference, head specialists of Ministries, departments, organizations and institutions as well as young scientists, doctorates, independent researchers and masters` degree students participated.

     At the opening ceremony, Qahramon Quronboyev- Chairman of Uzbekistan youth union gave a detailed information in terms of opportunities and credentials for the unorganized youth, issues of unorganized youth and established reformations in resolving them positively. Specifically, he claimed that privileged credits in the sphere of business and tax deductions are the clear example of actions towards bright future the youth. “Current conference not only create a chance to solve the issues in young unorganized people`s life, but also opens new ways to new achievements. I believe that youth take part in this conference actively with their suggestion and recommendations” – said counselor of State - Qahramon Quronboyev.

     Moreover, plenary meeting of the conference has begun. In the meeting, S.Artikova- Deputy Chairman of the Senate of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, R.Davletov- Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.Javlonov- Chairman of the Board of the Republican Council in the relevance of coordination of self-governance bodies activities of the residents,  E.Mukhitdinov- first deputy minister of employment and labor relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Y.Oleynik- executive of UNICEF's social policy contribution, docent at the Moscow aviation institution, Candidate of economic sciences, Moscow Council of young scientists and specialists, T.Romanishina- member of the Council of Serpukhovo commercial-industrial chamber, I.Chaglar- chairman of representation of TIKA in Uzbekistan, M.Bekmurodov- head of the department "Sociology and psychology of management" in State government academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan,  KH.Shimshek- social worker of non-government non-profit organization “IFAK” (Germany) and A.Najimov- scientific leader of institution of Strategic and intercontinental researches under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and others took part in with their scientific lectures.

In the discussion, existing shortcomings, providing youth with employment, suggestions in terms of right direction of young people`s talent and skills and ideas and feedbacks have been given.

After the intensive conference, meetings in 3 subsidiaries for participants were organized.

In the first subsidiary,in the moderator of M.Bekmurodov- head of the department "Sociology and psychology of management" in State government academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the topic “theoretical and practical sides of working with unorganized youth: foreign and Uzbekistan experience” has been discussed.

     2^nd subsidiary was oriented to “legal and socio-economic issues of unorganized youth and system of measures for the issues”, A.Murtazoyev- responsible staff of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Depatment leaded it.

    In the 3^rd subsidiary “Perspective directions of cooperation with non-government and government non-profit organizations in order to increase the efficiency of working with unorganized youth” and for this A.Yunusov was accumulated as a moderator. Also, the final conclusion of moderators` subsidiaries and offers were gathered and summarized.

    The main aim of this conference was to increase the efficiency of working with unorganized youth taking into consideration of world countries` experience, by solving the existing problems in this sphere, create new mechanisms to remove them, study social-psychological status of unorganized youth, provide them with employment, attract them to business activities, direct them to occupation and improve the effectiveness of prevention events.
