On May 6 of this year the meeting within the framework of the "Friendship project" among the Uzbek youth studying in Uzbekistan and Turkey was held with representatives of the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan in Turkey and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Turkey, as well as with students from Uzbekistan studying in Turkey.

Chairman of the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan Murodilla Alimbayev, Director of the Institute for studying problems of young people and training of perspective specialists at the Public Administration Academy of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aktam Jalilov and the students at the master's and doctoral levels in Turkey participated in this meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Turkey said that economic, political, social and educational reforms between two countries had risen to a new level, particularly in negotiations between the leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkey.

At the end of the meeting Ergash Jumaev was elected as a representative of the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan in Turkey. He thanked for the trust and stated that he would try to help protecting the rights and interests of Uzbek youth in Turkey
